Google Apps for Work Google are a great alternative to Microsoft Office. Google Sheets for creating and editing spreadsheets, Google Docs for Word processing, and Google Slides, for presentations.

Google’s cloud-based productivity suite is quickly gaining in popularity when businesses want to use their cloud services. Google’s apps work across all devices - desktop, web browser and mobile and that makes them incredibly attractive to the end user.

Google apps feature some extras that assist businesses in becoming more successful.

My favorite app is Grammarly. It is a little pricey - $129.00 annually. Grammarly automatically detects grammar, spelling, punctuation, word choice, and style mistakes in your writing. It’s easy to use:

·       Copy and paste any English text into Grammarly’s Editor, or install Grammarly’s free browser extension for ChromeSafariFirefox, and Edge. Grammarly will help you write correctly on nearly every site on the web.
·       Grammarly’s algorithms flag potential issues in the text and suggest context-specific corrections for grammar, spelling, wordiness, style, punctuation, and even plagiarism. Grammarly explains the reasoning behind each correction, so you can make an informed decision about whether, and how, to correct an issue.
